Metarhizium metarhizium is a low toxic insecticide.
It is safe to humans, animals and pests. It does not pollute the environment
Metarhizium is a low-toxicity insecticide, safe for natural enemies of human, livestock and pests, and does not pollute the environment.
But pernicious to antheraea pernyi and bombyx mori, cannot use in silkworm area.
This agent is a live fungal insecticide.
The morphology of the fungus is close to that of penicillium.
Colonies villous or cotton-like, initially white, spore producing green, so called metarhizium.
The preparation is made by concentrating spores and absorbing by absorbent.
Its appearance color is due to adsorbent
Application
It can infect more than 200 species of insects, and it can be used as a biological pesticide to control locusts, thrips, termites, diamondback moths, cockroaches, scarabs and other pests. It can also infect more than 200 species of insects. Killing larvae helps control the spread of malaria. The black anisopliae does not infect humans and other vertebrates, and it is relatively safe to use as an insecticide and acaricide in agriculture.
