Pesticide water dispersible granules, also known as dry suspensions or granular wettable powders, can quickly disintegrate and disperse once placed in water, forming a highly suspended solid-liquid dispersion system of granular formulations. The key technology of processing is to prevent the powder particles from re flocing into coarse powder particles during the granulation process or storage of the finished product. Therefore, additives with mutual isolation effect on the powder particles should be used in the formula, which can isolate the powder particles. This dosage form requires a low dropout rate and no powder inclusion in the product. This dosage form has good flowability, is easy to use, has no dust flying, and is very safe. In response to the difficult products in the WDG production process, such as the low melting point series WDG containing pyrazole ether fungicide, benzofenapyr, ether fungicide, imidacloprid, propiconazole, fluorosilazole and other raw materials, the melting point series WDG is prone to problems such as airflow crushing blocking the grading wheel, jamming the cyclone separator, sticky granulation or even inability to produce granules, and non disintegration of the formulation during the production process. The solution is to add additives that inhibit the occurrence of difficulties based on their causes, and then optimize the combination of fillers appropriately.
